Install, select kubeconfigs, inspect contexts, and keep credentials local.

First run.

The onboarding flow follows kubectl discovery order and avoids exposing secrets to the webview.

Download the signed artifact for your operating system and verify it before first launch.

Use the standard KUBECONFIG path list or ~/.kube/config discovery path.

Expired credentials, RBAC forbidden, unauthorized, unreachable, and invalid config states are classified for the user.
